As a licensed Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, my passion is to share the benefits of eating whole-food plant-based to prevent and reverse chronic disease in our community.
Food for Life is an award-winning program, under the leadership of Dr. Neal Barnard, President of PCRM.org, that teaches nutrition education and cooking skills to reduce diet-related chronic diseases. Designed by physicians, nurses, and dietitians, Food for Life classes promote healthful eating based on the latest scientific research.
Since 2001, Food for Life has been a pioneer in advancing healthier living and better health outcomes in communities around the world.

Designed by physicians, nurses, and registered dietitians, each Food forLife curriculum includes information about how certain foods and nutrients work to promote health and fight disease.
The classes work to translate complex scientific nutrition information into simple and easy meals. Each Food for Life nutrition and cooking class features a nutrition lecture and a live cooking demonstration—both within a supportive group setting. Class content is versatile and can fit into a one- or two-hour time frame.
Classes can be held virtually and in-person.
